Description
Beautiful Vintage 1987 pewter rearing unicorn, part of the collection based on one of the three benevolent spiritual animals in the painting, The Creation of Animals by Raphael, which is displayed in the Metropolitan Museum of Arts, New York at the time it was sold. The unicorn is the symbol of power, strength and purity and is part of the English Royal Coat of Arms as supporters.
This statue stands 6 3/4″ from base to horn tip, is 6″ long, with a 2″ base, and weighs 2 pounds. See all photos for details and inscription on the base of the statue.
